Title: Platform Engineer
Duration: 8 Months Contract
Location: Madisonville Office Building, 5050 Kingsley Drive, Cincinnati OH 45227
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have: Platform Engineering, PowerShell Scripting, Scripting, Windows Server
Nice To Have: Data stage Developer
Job Summary:
- This position will be located at the Madisonville Operations Center.
- Will be a member of the Reconciliation squad supporting the Frontier application.
- Will have on-call production support responsibilities 24X7 1 week every 5-6 weeks.
- Need to have powershell / batch scripting knowledge.
- Need to have windows server knowledge.
- Data stage is nice to have, but not a requirement.
- Will support the Reconciliation squad by performing/owning various tasks such as weekly maintenance, eascheatment, monitoring/replying to a centrailized outlook email box that our LOB submits questions, and more.
- Help maintain the Frontier applicaton uptime, performance, stability, and scalability.
- Attend all agile Reconciliation ceremonies.
- Strong software development background.
- Knowledge of Service Now is nice to have, but not required.
- Experience in software/systems development.
- Continual improvement and fine-tuning of various alerting and monitoring systems.
